Huckabee: 2012 Run Is “Less Than Likely”

MIKE HUCKABEE SCREENGRAB X390 | Advocate.com

Mike Huckabee told Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday that a 2012 bid for the presidency is "less than likely" and all depends on whether Roger Ailes, the head of Fox News, wants to keep his show on the air.

"The reason I wouldn’t is that this Fox gig I’ve got is really wonderful, " he said. "Jumping into the pool, you gottta make sure there is some water in it."

Huckabee also said that Barack Obama is no sure thing for reelection in 2012 and that if the Republican Party wants a shot at taking back the White House, it “needs to unite in 2012.”

Mike, just stick with your easy gig on Fox News TV interviewing dopes like Chuck Wollery and playing your guitar with country and western groups and singers in front of your extremely white audience. Just goes to show that Republicans tweek the criminal law system and let criminals out of prison too. It's not just the liberals, folks. Huckabee shot himself in the foot and probably won't be Palin's running mate in 2012.

In my opinion Mike Huckabee is now now out of the competition for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, regardless of whether or not Fox retains his show. Now that everyone knows that he commuted the sentence of that monster who killed four police officers in Washington state, his poiltical future is over. His statement blaming this on the criminal justice systems in Arkansas and Washington is just pathetic. If he had left that animal in prision where he belonged four police families would not be in mourning today.

And now it's even LESS likely, since it was announced that the person believed responsible for killing four cops in Washington State had his sentence commuted by Huckabee, while he was Governor! Remember what the Republicans did to Mike Dukakis with the Willie Brown scandal? That scuttled Dukakis' presidential campaign. The Democrats would do the same to Huckabee, if he ever became the Republican nominee.

I got news for you JT, Hillary said she is against gay marriage too. I doubt facts matter to you, though, you are just looking to blame President Obama for all the problems in your life. But go right ahead, root for the Republicans to get back in power, we all are going to suffer for your ignorance.

Great he guarantees another four years of Obama! So what's the bright side of all this? Oh, he's not President, I see. Well, if they want me to be happy, throw them both out and put Hillary in, then they'll see how shit should really get done! The reps AND the dems won't know what hit 'em!

NO SHIT!!!! Even he can't be so egotistical as to think he would even get the nomination; much less win the election. In the end, the Republicans will nominate whomever they feel has the BEST chance of beating Obama. IF they stick with a religious conservative like Huckabee; they GUARANTEE Obama another four years in office.
