Fox News has declined to air an ad from the Palm Center advocating for repeal of "don't ask, don't tell."

The Raw Story reports on the cable network's refusal to air the 30-second spot, called "Business as Usual." It features testimony from military leaders of NATO allies about the "non-event" of lifting bans on gay and lesbian soldiers.

Palm Center spokeswoman Cathy Renna told The Raw Story, "Fox's 'reason' was that 'don't ask' is 'on hold' so plans for repeal are 'incorrect.'"

Renna said the ad also has been submitted to CNN and MSNBC, and the Palm Center expects no problems from those networks.
