Thanksgiving, possibly opening up possibilities for a
regular show, according to Reuters.

Rosie's Variety Show will air on November 26 at
8 p.m. The hour-long broadcast will include celebrity
guests, musical acts, comedy sketches, and audience
contests.
"This is a dream
come true for any performer," O'Donnell said in a
statement. "Old-time variety, live from New York, with a nod
to Ed Sullivan, Carol Burnett, and memories of Sonny
and Cher."
"We want to show
people that variety can be done in a new and inventive
way for 2008," NBC executive vice president Craig Plestis
told Variety. "We hope to do it in ways you
haven’t seen before. It’s going to be the
