When we first ran selections from Richard Renaldi's series, Hotel Room Portraits, back in 2012, they had an enormous response. Yes, they are two photogenic men, but something much bigger is happening in the constant build-up of these records of the partners' travels together.
The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts thought so as well, and an exhibit of these moving depictions of ongoing intimacy will be run from October 2 to December 31. The first 21 images in this collection are new to our site, followed by the original collection we ran in 2012 with a brief interview with the photographer. You can see even more at his web site and Instagram. We hope to check in with new images over the years to follow the men in their journeys.
