Madonna's 1990 Blond Ambition World Tour and accompanying 1991 film Truth or Dare are undeniably two of the most defining moments in '90s pop-culture history. Not only did Madonna set a new standard for concert theatrics and choreography with Blond Ambition, she introduced the world to a group of seven talented dancers in her Truth or Dare documentary, six of whom were loud and proud gay men. For many young LGBT moviegoers in 1991, it would be the first time they saw gay representation with such audacity on the big screen.
Now three of those iconic Blond Ambition dancers, Luis Camacho, Kevin Stea, and Carlton Wilborn join best-selling author Josh Sabarra for his Porn Again: The Podcast series to talk about their experiences living under the heavy spotlight of the tour and film, explain what Madonna's really like under those many layers, and announce the release of their new documentary film about life during and after the tour, fittingly titled Strike a Pose.
