Along with his other male figure work (that we posted recently), Ricky Cohete has been slowly assembling a personal project, Men and Palm Trees. This book of photographs and short poems includes images detailing textures of palms combined with male imagery. "I've been submerged in the making of this project for the past few years," he says.
Ricky will be hosting a book signing from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday (the same day the book releases) at Base Superstore in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami.
