Two Swedish journalists from STLHM Panda went undercover to see if a candidate's sexual orientation made a difference during a job interview. The duo say they targeted the corporation after a follower told them he'd been fired there after his employer discovered he's gay.

One candidate, Olle, was openly gay with plenty of experience; the other job seeker, a straight man named Konrad, had limited experience. The straight candidate was offered the job.

According to Pink News, the would-be boss apologized to the journalists for his behavior following the release of the video.

Watch as the hidden cameras show the interviewer's attitude change dramatically after Olle reveals that he has an apartment with his boyfriend.
