I would like to start off by saying I love your magazine, and I find it very informative. However, sadly I was upset when I read your March 11, 2008 article Gone Are The Rainbow Pendants And Triangle Charms. I really hoped I misunderstood the article, because I was extremely disappointed. When did the Rainbow Flag and Triangle became a passing fad? Now I can understand wanting to give people a change, and something new; but, without the colors or remnants of shape...isn't it just another piece of jewelry. People I know don't wear these symbols to be subtle, or to blend in. I feel we were subtle for too long already, and want their Pride to stand out. It's no different then someone wearing Irish colors or the Star Of David. It's just about showing pride and not hiding it, and teaching people who don't understand the symbols' meaning.
