“I strongly support LGBTQ rights and equality. No one should be discriminated against. I do believe that religious liberty, the First Amendment, gay rights, and transgender equality can all coexist," Mace said in 2021.
“I can deal with this; other people shouldn’t have to,” Rep.-elect Sarah McBride told The Advocate in response to criticism.
"All it does is allow these Republicans to go around and bully any woman who isn't wearing a skirt because they think she might not look woman enough," Ocasio-Cortez said.
