Back in 1996, Golden Czermak began to dabble -- using very rudimentary equipment -- in graphic design. Self-taught, he soon expanded his skills to photography with a Nikon D60. Family photos led to wedding photography, charity event photography, and soon enough to his beautifully shot and produced physique photography.
Since then, and with the growth of the Furious Fotog brand, Golden became an internationally published modeling and fitness photographer and eventually began working as a book cover model.
It doesn't stop there. He is also an author, illustrating his own book covers, of course, with the hybrid combination of his own photographs and super-skilled Photoshop work. There are art prints, calendars, clothing, and even a coloring book.
The moral of the story is to follow your vision. You can start small, like Golden, and slowly build your own empire. He has a big fan base, and some of the world's top physique models come to him in Alabama. So don't think you have to move to the big city to make your dreams come true.
Here in his own words:
"In the beginning, I worked the standard corporate rat race, completed college for a ChemicalEngineering Degree, and began a small photography company on the side.
"Since then, and the growth of the FuriousFotog brand, I became an internationally published modeling/fitness photographer with over two million social media followers and eventually began working as a book cover model.
"Having been in the industry for at least five years, I've interfaced and networked with countless authors and other clients. As part of my work as a photographer, I've worked with them to create book cover images - now numbering well over 500 at the beginning of 2017.
"Learning the ins and out of the book world, along with being an avid reader and storyteller myself, I finally decided to write and publish my first book, Homeward Bound, in June 2016."
Note that in this process Golden also achieved his own epic body transformation through hard work and training, and is one of his own models.
