The way that former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell once cast himself as the moral authority on marriage clearly bothered Rachel Maddow. And with the news of his conviction in a bribery scandal on Thursday, the out MSNBC anchor tore up McDonnell for mounting a hypocritical defense while on trial that essentially blamed his wife and his marriage for the scandal.
