The late '70s/'80s television series Hart to Hart, centering around a glamorous couple that solves murders in their spare time, is getting a gay makeover, Deadline reports.
A remake is in development at NBC, with the leads now portrayed as a male couple. Ostensibly, the men will continue to be fabulous crime-solvers jetting around exotic locales.
The show is being written by Christopher Fife, who worked on the campy nighttime soap Revenge. The original was co-produced by Aaron Spelling and starred Robert Wagner and Stefanie Powers; no word on casting for the remake just yet.
