Chef Pink Delongpre and her wife Courtney Rae are shattering the glass ceiling in the food industry.

The couple's restaurant, Bacon & Brine, is bringing farm-to-table cuisine to their conservative town in California's Central Coast. It's quickly grown into a hotspot for locals.

"Life is too short. It's too short to not be doing what we're doing," Delongre said on their decision to quit their former jobs and open the eatery.

Their story can be seen on Logo's new documentary Hungry. The film offers a behind-the-scenes look at how female chefs are revolutionizing the restaurant biz.
