Video of an unguarded moment leaked from a Fox News interview shows Mitt Romney joking about why he won't wear a pink tie.

The video, posted by Gawker of an appearance during Sean Hannity's show in February, is of a lighthearted conversation before an interview. The television staff encourages Hannity and Romney to change ties so that the second half of the interview, planned to run on a second day, would appear to be from a separate sit-down.

"Oh, I'll take the pink one," Romney jokes about the assortment of neckties in what BuzzFeed has called "his best gay-guy impression."

The color pink is apparently verboten to some presidential candidates. When Rick Santorum stopped to play a few frames at a Wisconsin bowling alley, he was heard warning a boy who was about to pick up a pink bowling ball that "friends don't let friends use pink balls."

Don't get any funny ideas, though. Romney absolutely isn't going to wear a pink tie.

"No, no, no, no, no, no," he said to someone off-camera who asked if Romney was actually going to wear a pink tie. "I'm not going all Donald Trump today."

"Only a brave man would do this," Hannity jokes after putting on the pink tie himself.

The Fox News staffer who leaked the video to Gawker writes anonymously for the site that the network had finally drove him to rebel. "My cringe muscles have turned into crow's feet," says the anonymous leaker. "The ten resumes a month I was sending out dwindled into five, then two, then one, then zero. No one wants me. I'm blacklisted. I work at Fox News Channel."

A portion of the video is included below. Watch the complete outtake at Gawker and read the supposed Fox News staffer's letter.
