Hello!
I am Jaime Hayde a graphic designer currently working as an illustrator. Bringing ideas to life through graphics, icons, web illustrations, branded illustration, and drawings for motion between others.
I'm a versatile professional, even though I have my own visual language I'm able to adapt my drawing easily to the visual codes of the brands I work with. The main thing is the project and the ideas we need to communicate.
Sometimes my drawings are more geometric, sometimes they are more organic. Simple and complex.
I love simple answers to difficult questions.

"Today goes deep and personal!"
"As a half Black man, I have experienced racism many days of my life. I'm not comparing myself or my situation with the violence we see in news, but it made me think could be me. I grew up with my mother's family (all white) but my bigger brother, to be honest I had never felt any difference between me and the rest of my family until the day I went to the school, where kids (all white). It made me notice I was [not]. They used black as an insult., It was hard and it was hard to my mom to explain us. Suddenly it was no longer an insult for me, but they kept saying it also with fag or shit like that. It took me a lot to understand that nothing was wrong with me, years... and things are quite the same.
My mom had to deal with people asking if we were adopted just because they didn't conceive she could be married to a black man. She's fierce and proud and taught me how to answer. She still has to deal with this... Many times security guards have followed me in a shop, It's annoying. Sometimes when it's too close I talk to them nicely asking which color they think goes best with me. Many ladies on the public transport who rather be standing than seated next to me -- enjoy the route!
Not to mention the dating apps.... Well just wanted to say this because, racism is not exclusive to the news!
Finally I want to say thank you to all the good people in my life, specially my family who have been there every bad day after school. My friends who many times have talk for me. To every ally I have ever had an smile could help a lot, can make the difference. Thank you for helping me to find my colors!

The movement is called @movember. I wont leave a moustache because mine is really poor and my thing is the full beard but this is my contribution.
