"Hi, I'm Jackie Chan's daughter and this is my girlfriend Andi. We've been homeless for a month due to homophobic parents," said Etta Ng in a video with Andi Autumn. "We've pretty much slept under a bridge and other things."

Autumn, 30, claimed in the video that when she sought out help, people recommended she go to a shelter, but she worried she will be split up from Ng, 18. "I don't even understand what is going on because we've gone to the police, we've gone to the hospital, the food banks, LGBTQ community shelters, and all of them just don't give a s**t," Ng continued, reading of a piece of paper. "So that's why we're making this video -- because we don't know what to do at this point."

Ng is the daughter of Hong Kong actor Jackie Chan -- rumored to be worth $49 million -- and beauty queen Elaine Ng.

When asked about his daughter coming out as a lesbian, Chan said, "If she likes it, that's fine."

Ng's mother was quick to speak up against the claims the couple is struggling. "I feel that if they have no money, they should go find work," she told Coconuts. "They shouldn't film a clip telling others they are broke and who Etta's father is. People all over the world work hard and don't rely on someone else's fame to get money."

Ng had recently quit her job and had not been seen or heard for months. Her mother filed a missing person report for her in February. Their relationship has been fraught -- Elaine Ng was arrested by police in 2015 after allegations of child abuse, but later released.

Etta Ng lived with her mother until she came out as a lesbian, dropped out of school, and moved in with Autumn. That October, Elaine Ng reported to police that her daughter had broken into her home and stolen HK$17,000 worth of goods.

Etta Ng has said to Express that Chan has "never existed in my life. I will never regard him as a father." Her identification as Chan's daughter in the video is a change from her previous statements that, "I would not say that he is my dad. I would say, 'Oh, Jackie Chan, an actor.'"

However, recent CCTV footage revealed Ng and Autumn in a convenience store, where Ng tells the cashier, "I want to find my dad."

Viewers have accused the couple of abusing drugs. Commentors on the video, which has now reached over 188,000 views, have written "I think the underlying issue is not the sexuality, but meth," "They look like drug addicts," and "So how many drugs are they hooked on?"

Autumn has also been accused of taking advantage of Ng, just barely a legal adult. "Seriously, after watching this video, I really do not see the point about posing as Jackie Chan's daughter. It is obvious Andi is preying on Etta," one commenter wrote, "Etta, if you have PTSD, break up with this woman and go back to Hong Kong. Seek medical advice. Begging on the internet when obviously you don't understand what is the meaning [of] 'homeless.' You are healthy adults and you can seek jobs. This is an abuse of people who will help you."

Ng's mother agrees. "Etta has emotional problems. She was seeing a doctor last year, but she hasn't gone to therapy since she left Hong Kong," she told Coconuts. "[Autumn is] already 30-something and is a teacher with working experience. How can she tell an 18-year-old girl to film such a video? It's wrong."
