Outfest 2007's film competition winners were announced on Monday. The HBO Outstanding First Dramatic Feature garnered its recipient a $5,000 prize, while the Outstanding American Narrative Feature Award won its recipient a $2,500 cash prize courtesy of 20th Century Fox.
