GLAAD Adds Two to
National Board
Robert L. Forbuss and John C. Libby III will join the national board of directors for the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, according to a press release.
Robert L. Forbuss and John C. Libby III will join the national board of directors for the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, according to a press release.
Forbuss is president of Strategic Alliances, a business and government affairs consulting firm in Las Vegas. As chair of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, he promoted the development of the chamber's business and education collaborative. Forbuss has also served on the Clark County School District's board of school trustees and is currently the senior vice chair of the board for the Public Education Foundation.
Libby is senior vice president and regional managing director of the Southern U.S. for nonprofit and philanthropic services at Wachovia Trust Company. He is a member of the Gay and Lesbian Employee Association and a facilitator of strategic corporate partnerships with various specialty market segments, according to the press release. He resides in Atlanta. (The Advocate)
