Grammy-nominated singer Mika has finally opened up about his sexuality after years of speculation and silence, saying if people want to label him, they can call him bisexual.
"I've never ever labeled myself. But having said that, I've never limited my life. I've never limited who I sleep with. ... Call me whatever you want. Call me bisexual, if you need a term for me," Mika told the Netherlands' Gay & Night magazine.
Previously, the performer has kept mum about his sexuality.
"I never talk about anything to do with my sexuality, I don't think I need to," said Mika in 2007 to the London Evening Standard.
Mika, whose real name is Mica Penniman, gained notoriety with his 2007 hit single "Grace Kelly" from his five-time platinum album Life in Cartoon Motion.
The change of heart comes as the singer promotes his sophomore album, The Boy Who Knew Too Much, which was released on Tuesday.
