A benefit for lesbian prom fighter Constance McMillen and the American Civil Liberties Union will take place in Woodstock, N.Y., later this month, headlined by girl group rock 'n' roll legend Ronnie Spector.

According to a news release, proceeds from "All Love, All Woodstock," which takes place at the Bearsville Theater on June 25, will go to McMillen's college education fund and the ACLU Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender and AIDS Project. Other performers include neo-country singer Laura Cantrell and Murray Hill, who will emcee the event.

The 18-year-old McMillen sued Itawamba County School District in Mississippi this year for the right to bring her girlfriend to the prom. For her efforts, she will be recognized as a grand marshal in New York City's Gay Pride Parade on June 27.
