Out February 4, this Single White Female for the Gossip Girl generation stars Leighton Meester as a psycho obsessed with her college roomie, a Meester doppelganger played by Esquire's reigning "Sexiest Woman Alive" Minka Kelly. Though she's using her sex appeal for evil -- who doesn't? -- Meester shares a steamy smooch with One Tree Hill's Danneel Harris. Burlesque's Cam Gigandet and 90210's Matt Lanter provide man-candy.
9. TV: Million Dollar Listing
Forget plummeting property values. Charismatic Malibu realtor -- and former Playgirl cover model -- Madison Hildebrand officially updated his Facebook status from "polyamorous" to "gay" after participating in the No H8 campaign last season. "Just because I'm gay doesn't mean I can't fuckin' throw it down," he says to new agent Josh Altman when the real estate reality show returns for a fourth season February 3 on Bravo.
8. THEATER: Bring It On: The Musical
Opening January 28 at Atlanta's Alliance Theatre, this world premiere -- based on the 2000 teen flick about rival cheerleading squads -- boasts an original libretto by out Avenue Q book writer Jeff Whitty. The creative dream team also includes the composers of Next to Normal and In the Heights, but thank Whitty for La Cienega, a generally accepted Afro-sporting transgender cheerleader played by out performer Gregory Haney.
7. BOOK: The Intimates, Ralph Sassone; Confessions of a Gay Anchorman, Charles Perez
If Will & Grace were an epic dramatic novel, it might read like Sassone's debut, The Intimates, in which high school sweethearts Robbie and Maize become New York City roommates after Robbie comes to terms with his homosexuality. For a smart and juicy memoir, check out Confessions of a Gay Anchorman, which gets an official launch February 1 along with the ousted Miami anchor's NoShame Project, a campaign to erase gay shame.
6. THEATER: Angels in America and American Idiot
Signature Theater Company's off-Broadway revival of Tony Kushner's gay fantasia undergoes its first cast change February 2 when Adam Driver replaces Zachary Quinto as self-loathing Louis and Michael Urie replaces Christian Borle as AIDS-stricken Prior. And for one week starting February 1, Melissa Etheridge steps in for Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong as androgynous drug dealer St. Jimmy in Broadway's American Idiot.
5. BOOK: I'm From Driftwood
Showcasing true LGBT stories from around the world, Nathan Manske's blog now has a companion anthology -- available at ImFromDriftwood.com -- that compiles 51 of the site's most moving accounts, including tales about one man's underground Indonesian gay-straight alliance and another's closeted life in 1950s Indiana. Touring the country to collect more stories and hold readings, the Driftwood crew just finished visiting all 50 states.
4. ART: "Your Face Here" and "Into the Neon"
Out celebrity photographer Austin Young kicks off his "Your Face Here" exhibit January 29 by turning his lens on random patrons, whose portraits will line the walls of Pop tART Gallery in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, at New York City's +aRt, the mixed-art exhibition "Into the Neon" celebrates the collaboration of a dozen "queer- and trans-identified" artists who work in photography, sculpture, installation, performance art, film, and more.
3. TV: Just Josh
Going solo after a successful run of here! With Josh and Sara, hilarious host Josh Rosenzweig tweaks the traditional talk show format by blending celebrity interviews with VIP event coverage and other Manhattan man-on-the-street scenarios. The biweekly chat fest, which debuts January 28 on here! TV and here! Online, will include special guests such as Charles Busch, Duran Duran, Isabella Rossellini, Molly Shannon, and Sherry Vine.
2. FILM: Kaboom
New queer cinema pioneer Gregg Araki regresses in the best possible way with this trippy sci-fi comedy -- winner of the Cannes Film Festival's first Queer Palm -- which opens January 28 in limited release. Thomas Dekker, who'll soon be seen as Lance Loud in Cinema Verite, stars as a horny bisexual college freshman who crushes on his straight surfer roomie and uncovers an apocalyptic conspiracy with his acerbic lesbian bestie.
1. CD: Music + Soul + Sex, Ricky Martin; Faith, George Michael; Talk About Body, Men
Hallelujah, it's raining men with these sexy February 1 releases. Oh, Ricky, you're so fine, and so is your first post-out effort. Le Tigre's J.D. Samson and guitarist Michael O'Neill make up Men, whose debut is as danceable as it is gender-political. Finally, George Michael's seminal 1987 solo debut gets commemorated with three remastered and expanded editions, including a deluxe boxed set available only at GeorgeMichael.com.
