8. BLU-RAY/DVD: West Side Story: 50th Anniversary Edition
Available as a two-disc collector's edition Blu-ray and as a limited edition four-disc boxed set with Blu-ray, newly restored DVD, tribute CD, and collectible memorabilia, Robert Wise and Jerome Robbins's Oscar-winning 1961 musical -- based on the 1957 Broadway hit -- now includes special featurettes that analyze and illuminate the film's dance sequences and enduring legacy, plus song-specific commentary by out lyricist Stephen Sondheim.
7. DVD: Longhorns, Bite Marks, Harvest, and Hollywood Sex Wars
Give thanks for the hot guys in these new releases: David Lewis's Longhorns is a sweet and sexy '80s-set comedy about Texan buddies with benefits; a gay couple hitches with a closeted trucker in Bite Marks, Mark Bessenger's silly vampire comedy; farmhands find love in the tender German drama Harvest; and in Hollywood Sex Wars, gay actor and Dirty Sanchez singer Mario Diaz plays brilliantly against type as the ultimate ladies' man.

Based on the real-life experiences of filmmaker Mike Mills, this endearingly smart and artsy serio-comedy stars Ewan McGregor as the depressed son of a man who comes out of the closet at age 75 after his wife's death. The Sound of Music's Christopher Plummer -- an Oscar front-runner -- plays the deliriously happy father, who spends his final years with a new gay social circle and a young boyfriend played by ER's Goran Visnjic.
5. THEATER: Wild Animals You Should Know
Opening November 20 off-Broadway at New York's Lucille Lortel Theatre, Thomas Higgins's new play stars Jay Armstrong Johnson and Gideon Glick as teenage boy scouts whose innocent sexual exploration ultimately involves a gay scoutmaster. 4. DVD: Nothing This Real, Justin Utley
Out alt-country rocker Justin Utley, a hunky Utah native and ex-Mormon, has just released his impressive sophomore full-length album, his first since 2005's Runaway. 2. TV: A Very Gaga Thanksgiving
Interviewed by Katie Couric at Sacred Heart, the singer's Manhattan alma mater, Lady Gaga gives her little monsters an intimate look at her private life November 24 in a 90-minute Thanksgiving special she directed for ABC. Gaga also performs eight songs for close friends and family -- including "White Christmas" and "The Lady Is a Tramp," her duet with Tony Bennett -- and gay chef Art Smith helps her make a deep-fried turkey.

Conducted by out music director Steven Reineke, Cheyenne Jackson -- gay Broadway heartthrob and recurring 30 Rock and Glee star -- joins the magical New York Pops orchestra November 18 at Carnegie Hall.
