After delivering box office gold in 2012 with Marvel's The Avengers, director Joss Whedon will be back in theaters this summer with a film vastly different from his super-powered blockbuster.

Whedon's take on Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing serves up the classic tale in a unique and charming way.

The black-and-white film was shot in his own home with an impressive cast that includes Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Nathan Fillion, out actor Tom Lenk, and newly-out actor Sean Maher as Don John.

The film premiered to a wave of positive reviews at last year's Toronto International Film Festival and opens in the US June 7 with UK release following June 14.
