Here! TV, cable's only exclusively LGBT-targeted network has announced a restructuring Monday, along with a slate of new programming.

The network's production and creative services team will be based in the company's New York office under senior vice president of original programming and development Josh Rosenzweig. Broadcast operations will be handled by senior vice president John Mongiardo.
Meanwhile, the network has green-lit a second season of the political talk show, For & Against, anchored by Jim Morrison. The show is scheduled to run new episodes through the presidential election in November 2012. Rapper and performer Cazwell will host season three of Boombox, the network also announced, and Sherry Vine will star in a second season of the sketch comedy series She's Living For This. The network is also developing two new docu-series, including a series about artists in downtown Manhattan, and another about gay weddings.
In February, Viacom's Logo channel, which launched with LGBT programming in 2005, announced a shift away from gay programming.
Paul Colichman, CEO of here! TV's parent company Here Media (also parent company of The Advocate), said, "As we redefine the responsibilities of the here! TV executive leadership, we are also now uniquely positioned as television's only channel dedicated solely to the gay and lesbian audience."
Here! TV is available in major television markets across the U.S., and a selection of programming is newly available to Hulu Plus subscribers.
