After years of development and production fits and starts, the trailer for HBO's Liberace biopic, Behind The Candelabra has debuted.

The dramatic, glitzy film stars Michael Douglas as the late piano virtuoso, and Matt Damon as his lover Scott Thorson, as the pair deal with the complexities of trying to start a family in the public light, decades ago.

Candelabra, directed by Steven Soderbergh, also stars Rob Lowe and Dan Akroyd. The movie will premier May 26 at 9 p.m. on HBO.
