Nineteen actors nominated for 2014 Tony Awards, including Neil Patrick Harris, ascended to the 86th floor observatory deck of New York City's Empire State Building Tuesday for photos.

Harris is nominated for Best Actor in a Musical for his role as Hedwig, an East German rock singer and "slip of a girly boy" living as a female after gender-reassignment surgery, in the Broadway premiere of John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask's Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Tony nominee Lena Hall costars as Yitzhak, Hedwig's husband and backup singer, who's desperate to unleash his inner drag diva. The original cast recording will be released next month.

Out actor Samuel Barnett, nominated for his performance in the all-male production of Twelfth Night, was also present at the photo op.

The 68th annual Tony Awards, hosted by Hugh Jackman, will be broadcast live Sunday on CBS.
