The actress who voiced the titular character in Disney's Moana, Auli'i Cravalho, has come out as bisexual in a video posted on Tik Tok.

In a subtle but obvious move, Cravalho is seen lip-syncing to Eminem's "Those Kinds Nights," a song that outlines a conversation between a male protagonist and a woman who comes out as bisexual.

In the song, the protagonist says they're "checking out the chicks," to which the woman responds, "So am I."

Cravalho is seen looking in the camera, giving a somewhat cryptic confirmation of her identity. So, Twitter users asked her in a more direct way.

When one user wrote, "hey queen ur doing great in importance of being earnest :D do u like girls," Cravalho simply replied: "If I may escort you to my tiktok."

In the film Moana, Cravalho's Moana is the curious daughter of village chief Tui and his wife Sina. She is chosen by the ocean to restore the heart of Te Fiti.

Following her coming out, the lyrics to the song Cravalho sings in the Oscar-nominated song "How Far I'll Go" seem extra poignant.

Naturally, it didn't take long for social media users to explode with excitement. See below:
