We don’t like to use the word "exquisite" much. But what else can we say about Kevin McDermott’s photos? Read more below.
Kevin McDermott is a longtime friend of The Advocate (see our gallery on his High Line Nudes here). The crisp detail and exquisite control over his images is of such a high quality that you feel like you know something new about the male body after looking at them.
This 160-page hardbound edition of Exhibition from Ten Avenues Press collected over 50 men he has photographed over that last 10 years. From the rooftops of New York City to the beaches of Miami and Malibu, on the moors of Provincetown or in the woods of upstate New York, or even inside the intimacy of Kevin's studio in the city, this exquisite coffee-table book includes many of the most beautiful images taken by McDermott. Some of the models featured in Exhibition are Todd Sanfield, Calum Winsor, Eric Rutherford, Ryan Young, Justin Clynes, Sebastian Swiatek, Barrett Pall, Taylor Phillips, Colton Ford, Ivan Scannell, Matt Maggiacomo, Rene Grincourt, Stephane Haffner, Eric Turner, Aaron Vanezuela, Daniel Robinson, and Tom Berklund. Most images have never been published, but some of Kevin's favorites are also included here.
See special preorder pricing here. The book will ship in early September.
