Best Picture Oscar nominee Call Me By Your Name quickly became last year's most talked about queer film. Starring Armie Hammer and Timothee Chalamet, the tender love story has now earned its place in cinematic history. Advocate editor Daniel Reynolds sat down with Andre Aciman, the author of the novel upon which the movie is based, to discuss how a straight man ended up writing one of the seminal gay love stories of all time.
