In an ad for the Belgian coffee maker Douwe Egberts that's gone viral on Twitter, a make-out session between teen girls is interrupted when dad comes home early and catches them.

But over a cup of Douwe Egberts in the ad entitled "Something to Share," the daughter opens up to her father about her relationship.

"Coffee is at the heart of life. It is with us at the big moments and the small," the company's motto on its website reads. "Jacobs Douwe Egberts celebrates life beyond the beverage, putting the coffee cup at the centre of the conversation, wherever in the world it takes place."

The ad that has Twitter users declaring they're in tears over it, has more than 4.4 million views.
