Equality Allies, 2014

The Advocate proudly presents Equality Allies 2014, our annual celebration of the companies that value and support LGBT equality in the workplace. Workplace equality is as important as marriage equality in the ongoing quest for full equality, and The Advocate recognizes trailblazing industry leaders who take pride fostering a safe and equitable work environment.

Each of our 2014 Equality Allies share the distinction of earning a top score of 100% Corporate Equality Index, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. Their efforts deeper evolve the understanding of the LGBT experience.

The Advocate also showcases the phenomenal efforts of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, the preeminent national organization devoted to LGBT equality in the workplace. The annual Out & Equal Workplace Summit, now in its 16th year, will take place in San Francisco November 3-6. The program lineup is spectacular, with interactive workshops, networking meals and more.
