From mocking Cardinal Dolan for his comment that the Roman Catholic Church has been "outmarketed" on the issue of marriage equality to feeling bad for Rick Santorum and chatting with out actor Ian McKellen, last night's episode of the Daily Show was overflowing with LGBT goodies.

The writers on The Daily Show -- as well as host Jon Stewart -- were in rare form on last night's episode with jokes that highlighted many of the reasons most antigay arguments are flawed and made fun of those who continue to push a bigoted agenda.

"The Catholic Church outmarketed?" Stewart asked after replaying Cardinal Dolan's anti-marriage equality comment. "You're the outfit that convinced a billion people to give up masturbation and pay 10 percent of their income for the privilege. How does an organization like that get outmarketed?"
