Saturday Night Live has been slammed in recent months for its lack of diversity in casting. SNL producers have since responded by adding cast members and airing more sketches that showcase a diverse point of view. Gone are the days where Kenan Thompson would have to don a dress to play all female characters of color. This weekend's episode guest starred Chris Rock, a comedian who never shies away from uncomfortable discussions, especially about race.

Enter this brilliant sketch featuring a training video on "Dealing With Diversity" for '90s-era career gals. Cecily Strong and Kate McKinnon play host to the awkward training video while Rock plays a "diverse person." "Have you ever gone to work and had a diverse person try to talk to you and you didn't know where to look?" The hosts suggest that the only way to recover from offending a diverse person is to beat them at their own game. "Show up in a wheelchair and tell him you're a lesbian."
