Betsy DeVos has solidified her place in the ninth circle of hell after she proposed cutting nearly $18 million from the Special Olympics.

Randy Rainbow, a gay singer known for his takedowns of the Trump administration through musical spoofs, recreated the testimony before a recent House subcommittee where DeVos admitted, "We had to make difficult decisions in the budget."

"Really? Wow, you're going to hell," said Rainbow in the video. The singer then segued into his own take on "Cruella De Vil" from Disney's 100 Dalmations. But instead of a puppy killer, Rainbow showed the secretary of Education as a heartless villain.

"Cruella DeVos, Cruella DeVos, of basic brain function, she suffers a loss. She might be even dumber than her boss!" Rainbow sang.

"Where kids are concerned she'll proudly admit if they're underprivileged, she don't give a shit! Our education system's screwed because of Betsy 'Cruella' DeVos," he added.

Rainbow also sang how the billionaire "bathes in teachers' tears and burns up school supplies to fuel her yachts."

DeVos is one of the most controversial members of the Trump administration. A proponent of school choice, she has proposed diverting $1 billion to private school vouchers from public education. In one of her first acts as secretary, DeVos also rolled back protections for transgender students implemented by the Obama administration.

At the same House subcommittee hearing, U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan, a gay Democrat from Wisconsin, asked DeVos, "Do you think it's all right for a school to discriminate based on someone's sexual orientation or gender identity?"

DeVos evaded the question.
