Scotland Yard is investigating Tyler Grasham.
A 23-year-old British actor, Jack Edwards, filed a criminal complaint against the gay agent, who was recently fired from the Agency for the Performing Arts after several accusations of sexual assault, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Edwards claims Grasham fondled him in a London hotel room in 2010, when he was 15 and Grasham was 44. He said the agent gave him alcoholic drinks and a pill for anxiety before the alleged assault.
Last week the Los Angeles Times published Edwards's account of the incident, which began with an invitation from Grasham to Edwards and a friend to see Grease. Edwards said he woke up while Grasham was groping him, and his body felt paralyzed. His friend, in the next bed, confirmed he heard Edwards struggling.
In the past month, nine accusers have come forward against Grasham, and Edwards is the third to file a criminal complaint against him. In the U.K., there is no statute of limitations for sex crimes.
Tyler Cornell, 20, and Lucas Ozarowski, 27, have also filed criminal complaints with the Los Angeles Police Department.
