Authorities arrested out comedian Andy Dick on Wednesday over an alleged sexual assault. The arrest was caught on a live stream.

Police told TMZ that Dick, 56, had been arrested for felony sexual battery after a man said the comedian had sexually assaulted him at O'Neill Regional Park in California.

The victim was taken to the hospital, according to local TV station KABC.

In the video of the arrest on Captain Content's RV live stream, viewers can see several Orange County police officers speak with Dick, then cuffing him and taking him to their vehicles. Authorities also collected the man's pants from Dick's RV for evidence.

TMZ reports that Dick lives with a group of live streamers residing in the park.

Last month, Dick was seen on a live stream when a man he was with pulled out a gun while arguing with someone. That broadcast caught on video a welfare check from police, who checked on Dick. The comedian told officers he was fine and he was going to stay.

Dick has faced violence charges in the past.

In November 2021, Dick allegedly hit his boyfriend with a liquor bottle, leaving a deep wound on his head. A month before Dick allegedly hit him with a frying pan.

Dick was arrested under suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon last summer. In 2019, he was sentenced to 14 days in jail for two misdemeanor charges -- one for sexual battery and one for simple battery -- after failing to complete court-ordered community service. He only served a day due to overcrowding. Dick had pleaded no contest.

He also has a history of sexual misconduct allegations. Producer Lena Sved, Dick's estranged wife, obtained a domestic violence restraining order against him in 2018, according to The Daily Beast. That year he was also charged with misdemeanor sexual battery for allegedly grabbing an Uber driver's crotch.

In 2017, Dick was fired from a movie for sexual harassment claims. At the time he told The Hollywood Reporter, "I didn't grope anybody. I might have kissed somebody on the cheek to say goodbye and then licked them. That's my thing. ... It's me being funny. I'm not trying to sexually harass people."
