During a recent trip to Los Angeles, Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton made a special guest appearance on the popular late-night show Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Although there were many different topics of discussion -- including a hilarious bit where Hillary recalls being hung up on by a White House phone operator who didn't believe it was really her -- the best segments were ones where she was asked about other presidential candidates, like Republicans Donald Trump and Ben Carson.
"We have a long list of nice things that Republicans have said about me," Clinton said when Kimmel brought up an old picture of her and husband Bill at Donald Trump's wedding to wife Melania in 2005. "Once the political season starts, I criticize his positions but I try not to get into a lot of personal stuff."
Later, when asked about her reaction to the Republican debates and the party's candidates, Clinton said she was both "appalled and amused."
"Seriously, it really does matter what you say when you are president. And it probably should matter what you say when you run for president because people all over the world, especially leaders, friends, and foes alike, they pay attention," she said about all of the crazy, ridiculous comments Ben Carson has made so far in his bid to become the next president -- comments that often turn out to be very transphobic and antigay.
