Health Education Specialist Chandi Moore is the Leading Way for Change

Chandi Moore has spent over a decade in HIV prevention, making it her work to ensure others have the access and information they need to be healthy.

"PrEP is really important for the trans community because we are 49 times more likely to contract HIV," Moore said. "My hope for the future is that people will take part in PrEP, that people who are HIV-positive are linked into care, and that everyone is finding a way to get this to zero."
