Disasters often bring out both the best and the worst in people. Examples of the worst in responses to Tropical Storm Harvey's devastation came on Twitter from Matt Walsh, a commentator for right-wing site The Blaze, and the ever-outrageous Ann Coulter. He used a picture of a rescue to enforce traditional gender roles, while she managed to combine homophobia and climate change denial. But other Twitter users responded, and the result was often hilarious.
