Alec Baldwin has returned to Saturday Night Live with his impersonation of President Donald Trump.

Saturday's cold open of the NBC comedic sketch show featured Baldwin's Trump cycling through the dizzying array of recent headlines, among them China, Vladimir Putin, migrant caravans, and the White House Easter Egg Roll.

At a press conference with Baltic leaders, portrayed by Kate McKinnon, Alex Moffat, and Heidi Gardner, the character, growing bored, turns his thoughts to Roseanne. The ABC sitcom made headlines last week for its record ratings -- as well as the Trump-supporting views of its star, Roseanne Barr.

"I wish I was watching Roseanne. How great is that show? Roseanne loves me. She's like a good Rosie O'Donnell," said Baldwin's Trump, a reference to his long-running feud with the out comedian.

Baldwin's Trump ended the segment with a confession. "Here's the thing that no one else is saying, and I'm the only one who's willing to actually say this: I don't care about America, OK? This whole presidency is a four-year cash grab, and admitting that will probably get me four more years."
