In an interview on Monday, Hillary Clinton, who won the popular vote by about 3 million in the 2016 presidential race against Donald Trump, dispelled rumors that she was planning a bid for 2020. Clinton spoke in serious tones when she told News 12 The Bronx that she had no intention of running but that she was not going away either. But when Trump, who continually brings up Clinton and speaks ill of her two years into his tenure in the White House, sent out a nasty tweet commenting on Clinton's decision not to run, she dragged him in the best way possible -- with a Mean Girls GIF.

Clinton, who has a reputation for getting salty with her responses to bullying on social media, responded merely with a GIF of the ultimate mean girl, Regina George (Rachel McAdams) from Mean Girls, saying, "Why are you so obsessed with me?"

While speaking with Rosenblum, Clinton explained why she intends to remain active and vocal.

"I want to be sure that people understand I'm going to keep speaking out. I'm not going anywhere," Clinton said. "What's at stake in our country, the kind of things that are happening right now are deeply troubling to me. And I'm also thinking hard about how do we start talking and listening to each other again? We've just gotten so polarized. We've gotten into really opposing camps unlike anything I've ever seen in my adult life."
