Over 200 volunteers, including cherub-faced children, nailed the Queen of Pop's choreography.
Organizers of the recently wrapped Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras festival put together a very special present for Madonna fans. With 200 volunteers, they produced a tribute to the Queen of Pop on Valentine's Day, with dancers -- including kids! -- performing several of her hits in front of Sydney's harbor.
Madonna is currently Down Under for her Rebel Heart tour (her first time touring Australia since The Girlie Show in 1993), and her fans couldn't be more appreciative.
"Madonna has helped define a generation during an era that has seen huge global changes, and diversity has always been core to her message of self-expression and love," read a post on Sydney Mardi Gras's Facebook page. "We hope that our tribute goes someway to reflect the sheer joy, infinite love and deep respect that our diverse LGBTQI communities have for a unique performer who continues to empower, celebrate, and support us."
