Polyamory isn't easy.

Tom Goss explores this terrain in his new track and music video "Quayside," from his forthcoming album Territories.

The song, which resonates with Goss's life experience, shows the anxieties that can come from forming a relationship with a married man -- while being married to another man himself.

"'Quayside' explores an entirely new set of boundaries that I encountered when visiting my lover at his home on a quayside in London for the first time," Goss said in a statement. "I was concerned about being respectful to him, and his public (or daily life with his husband) while still being respectful to my own husband, and the love we've fostered for so many years."

"Quayside" represents a more serious turn for Goss, who is popularly known for his bear-loving track "Bears." However, his work has explored issues like body-shaming in the past.

The song was written by Gregory Douglass and produced by Ian Carmichael. Watch the video below.
