on HIV issues, April 22 in Boston

The 17th annual Rustin Breakfast, an event held by the AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, will bring together elected officials, activists, community and religious leaders, AIDS officials and activists, and gay and lesbian leaders from Boston's communities of color to address ways to erase barriers to HIV antibody testing, treatment, and care facing minority communities. The breakfast event, which carries the theme "I Am Human Through Your Humanity: Tearing Down the Borders of HIV/AIDS," will including a keynote talk by the Reverend Irene Monroe, an Advocate columnist. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on April 22 at the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum in Boston's Dorchester district.
