Neil Patrick Harris has been tapped to host the TV Land Awards. The How I Met Your Mother star will likely follow in the footsteps of previous hosts, which means campy skits ... perhaps a little song and dance. Like Hugh Jackman, who hosted this year's Oscars, Harris is a song-and-dance man, having starred in productions of Rent and Assassins.
