The Diva League, a drag queen troupe, pulled out a sexy vampire number on Tuesday night's episode of America's Got Talent. Judge Piers Morgan said the group is "not what America needs right now."

The League came out of coffins dressed as vampires and danced, in stilettos, to Rihanna's song "Disturbia."

"There's no easy way of putting this. We are trying to find an act that can represent America on the world stage," Morgan said. "From where I sit, a bunch of lip-synching old drag queens who can't dance is not what America needs right now. It's not exactly Barack Obama. Nothing personal."

The two other judges, Sharon Osbourne and David Hasselhoff, gave the group glowing approvals. Hasselhoff said he believed the group could sustain a show in Las Vegas.

"We are here to celebrate life through diversity and entertainment," the group said after Morgan's harsh comments.

NBC's America's Got Talent drew 13 million viewers Tuesday night.
