Wrestler star Mickey Rourke refuses to apologize for calling a journalist a "f****t" in a drunken outburst last November that was captured on video.
The video shows Rourke visibly drunk and railing against a journalist who wrote that he was dating actress Evan Rachel Wood.
"She's a good friend, that's it. And tell that f---ot who wrote all that s--- in the paper I'd like to break his f---ing legs."
Rourke refused to apologize over the weekend when confronted about the comments in New York.
Saturday, he refused to apologize for using the word when he was cornered outside a New York building, according to British tabloid The Sun.
"I have more gay friends than any 50 straight people I know, so I don't really give a s---," he said.
"I meant what I said."
The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation decried his unrepentant stance.
Rourke previously called Sean Penn, who won an Academy Award for his portrayal of gay rights leader Harvey Milk, "one of the most homophobic people I know."
