Chad Michael Morrisette and Mito Aviles decorated the roof of their West Hollywood home for Halloween with nude and bloodied effigies of former Miss California Carrie Prejean and Maggie Gallagher, head of the antigay Institute for Marriage and Public Policy.

"The whole theme is the forces of evil of 2009," Morrisette told the website Curbed LA .

While a butchered Prejean dangles off the side of the building, a nude mannequin with a photo of Gallagher's face dons their roof.

Besides being nude, the word "liar" is scrolled across the stomach of the mannequin representing the head of the organization that opposes same-sex marriage.

"The reason that she is naked is that we are exposing her lies," says Morrissette, who calls Gallagher a hypocrite for statements she made about educating children about gay marriage.

Besides Prejean and Gallagher, the display also features a Mormon missionary tied to a stake and engulfed in flames.

To counteract the evil, the two men included Glinda, the good witch from The Wizard of Oz.

Last year the couple created a stir in the community when they featured an effigy of former governor Sarah Palin in their Halloween display.

According to the pair, there has not been any public outcry against the rooftop decorations.
