Johnston Afraid His Johnson Will Disappoint?

The New York Post has reported that Levi Johnston will go full-frontal in his shoot for the online magazine Playgirl, but now the paper says Johnston is concerned about the size of his package.

According to the Post, Johnston "has been telling folks at the magazine he is worried about how his manhood may look during the shoot."

To make matters potentially worse, the Post alleges one of the proposed locations for the shoot is at a chilly ice rink.

Johnston's manager Tank Jones told Page Six, "We haven't had any discussions of that nature at all." He also refused to confirm whether Johnston is indeed baring all.
