Actor Ron Livingston, who played Carrie Bradshaw's boyfriend Jack Berger in the HBO series Sex and the City, is suing an unnamed person for spreading "malicious" rumors on the actor's Wikipedia page suggesting that Livingston is gay and in a longterm relationship with a man named Lee Dennison.
TMZreports, "According to the lawsuit, filed [Friday] in L.A. Livingston, who is married to actress Rosemarie DeWitt, is suing for libel, invasion of privacy, and for using his name and likeness without permission.
